Basic Wedding DJ Package

Service Description

Wedding DJ with Single Sound System set up for a 4 hour reception. Includes locations up to a 40 mile drive one way from zip code 21222. $1.00 per mile charge for locations 41 to 80 miles drive. $2.00 per each mile above 80 miles drive. Washington, D.C. locations are $1,150 due to additional travel time needed for D.C. venues. * Single Sound System and Wireless Microphones included for reception * LED Light Show available upon request to use during open dancing * 4 Hour Reception is included * Ceremony system in another location? - Add $150 * Additional time is $200 per hour *Access to an Online Planning Portal for music selections, and event timeline creation. * Finalization phone call or video meeting to go over the planning form, and confirm all the details for your big day! A Non Refundable Deposit of $300 along with a signed agreement is required to book this package. The remaining balance is technically due 14 days prior to your event, but can be paid any time prior to the event as I am flexible. PayPal/Venmo/Zelle accepted. There is a 3% discount for paying balance payment with cash/check/money order

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you need to cancel my DJ Service, you will lose your Non Refundable Deposit that was paid when you booked me. If you cancel more than 14 days from your event date and have not yet paid the balance, then the remaining balance is void. You will only lose the deposit. If you cancel my service with 14 days or less to go before the event date, then I ask that you pay the balance in full. If you cancel more than 14 days prior to the event date, but I already processed your balance payment, then the balance payment will be refunded with a 15% date restocking fee charged and taken from the refund amount.
